Digital Presence Analysis

 

At Georgetown University, I focus on how organizations reach their existing and potential audiences with appropriate adoption of communication technologies. This is one of my course projects, looking at the social media presence of Oreo Cookies. 

During the two months, I conducted an online observation of an “old” and “social” cookie – Oreo to explore its external communication strategies. The social media platforms I focused on include Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest. A coding sheet was used to keep track of the communication behaviors of the organization and audience participation as well.
