Responsible for NBA licensed games monthly and season recap, I learnt how to reveal valuable information hidden behind those numbers and metrics such as Monthly Active Users, Entries, Newly Registered Users, etc. In addition to performance evaluation, I figured out practical insights.
Data analysis not only helps NBA China find the possible ways of improving performance of licensed games but also serves as an important means of external communication.
The Global Merchandising Group was seeking for potential partners, I introduced our games from the perspective of data which proved to be way more effective than text.
